No. It’s like fixing people’s computers. You’d become the novelty ride guy and everyone would just use you and you’d never make real friends.

My current guys (Donovan & Alec) are amazing, but unfortunately they have ‘real jobs’ and aren’t as available as they’d like to be. So I made a post on Craigslist and meant to put it on my blog! Here it is:
“Allison Weiss is looking for a drummer and bassist for regional shows starting in 2010. Must be a super solid player with the ability to learn an album’s worth of songs as quickly as possible. Must also be fun, awesome, willing to practice at least once a week, and own your equipment. Must live in Athens, GA or be willing to commute. Rehearsal times are flexible and we can work around your schedule, but availability to play on the weekends in regional markets is a must.
