The problem with the Universal Music tumblr is that whoever is doing the writing needs to loosen up. It feels like I’m reading customer service emails. It’s like every word written down is going through the PR department.

If you’re a huge company and you want to “contribute to the community,” you have to do more than just join that community.

It’s like when you’re middle school and your parents try and join in on your birthday party or something. It just feels awkward for everyone.
